This is a presentation that aims to provide an introduction to the concept of Organisational resilience, why it is important to build it (especially right now) and how greater absorptive capacity is the foundation for success. It links the role of the coach (either as a leader or as a coach to leaders) in asking powerful questions to support a greater diversity of vigilance.
